Mac OSのシェアがわずかに低下して来ているらしいです。
Intel化してシェアを伸ばしていそうなものですが。

According to Techweb, data gathered by Net Applications shows that the Mac OS had 4.35 per cent of the world's operating system share last December. Now it only has 4.33 per cent.

NetApplicationsが集めたデータによると、MacOSの世界シェアは全体の4.35%だが、今ではわずか4.33%になっている。

ふぅん。
僅かに0.02%ですが･･･。誤差？

While this is not much of a dip, it reverses a trend that saw interest in Apple's operating system actually growing a few years back.

大したへこみではないが、実際、数年前のAppleOSの成長とはトレンドが逆になっている。

あとは、XPのシェアが84.18%あると記述されています。
これ本当？2000とか98とかって結構利用されてますよね。会社とかだと。
とはいっても、大半はセキュリティの理由とかでXPに置き換えられてしまったわけですが。最後に、

Appleはセキュリティホールを大量に抱え、何年も同じOSを持っている(Microsoftに)競合することが出来ていないことを不思議に思わないといけない。Appleの重役はVistaの出荷でAppleのOSに何かが起こるか、Linuxが真のデスクトップパソコンになるかもしれないと思っている。

うーん。世間一般に出回っているAppleOS搭載のPCの数がすでに違うのでシェアで見ると見劣りするのは自明だと思ってしまいます。
HPやDELLがAppleOSを載せたりすると大勢は変わると思いますが。

Appleさんハードで儲けるのは諦めませんか？と思ってしまいますが、あのデザイン含めてMACなんですものねぇ。
楽しく使えてますが、シェアが低いというのは今後を考えても少し残念。
